A Secondary/Primary Wire is the electrical line that connects from the utility pole to another utility pole.

1. Prepare the requirement

• Request letter with the following details:
  • Pole Number
  • Complete Address
  • Visayan Electric Account ID
  • Contact person & contact number

  • Reason

     

2. Submit the required document through any of the following channels:

3. Site Survey

• A site survey will be conducted within 5-7 working days upon receipt of the request.

   

4. Implementation

• The implementation is within 20 working days after inspection approval and compliance with any remaining requirements as advised during inspection.
