A Service Wire is the electrical line that connects the utility pole directly to your customer's electric meter.

1. Prepare the requirement:

• Request letter with the following details:
  • Pole Number
  • Complete Address
  • Visayan Electric Account ID
  • Contact person & contact number
  • Reason

  • Owner of Service wire (please specify if it is requestor's service wire or a neighbor's)

     

2. Submit the required document through any of the following channels:

3. Site Survey

An on-site assessment will be conducted within 5-7 working days upon receipt of the request.

4. Implementation

The implementation is within 2 to 3 working days after inspection approval and compliance with any remaining requirements as advised during inspection.
